Many of the Morocco photos on our site were taken by Xavier Zimbardo, leader of our photography workshop in Morocco. The writer-photographer Xavier Zimbardo has travelled the world, bringing back a dozen books, exhibitions and videos that have earned him international recognition. Curious about the world and people, he has a reporter's eye, but as a lover of images and their mysteries, he is first and foremost a creator. A demanding witness of his time, Zimbardo founded PHOTSOC in 2006, the Social Photography Festival, where he presents established authors while helping young people from urban communities discover their talents.
